He was able to help me get a car insurance policy at half the price of my previous insurer. It allowed me to then add an umbrella policy to my coverage and still save me more than I had before. "Looking for a new agent ASAP! You can’t even call the office with questions without being spoke over, being told you’re angry because you literally have to ask the agent to let you speak without them speaking over you. The information they give you is made up as they go! Worst experience EVER! I’ve been dealing and dealing trying not to have to go through the hassle of finding a new agent, yet here I am paying top dollar to be disrespected by an INSURANCE AGENT! I think not!! Then having to deal with multiple agents in one office that all give you different information is absolutely ridiculous! I liked Rachel but it’s the other agents that have me saying GOODBYE SF!!
