"I had a unique request for our non-profit business that required a one day insurance for a rental of a public building for an event we we going to have. I stopped in at State Farm Insurance to see if they could help and spoke to Miguel Garza. He listen carefully as I described our need taking notes and assured me he would get back with some information. It was actually that very day that we set up a time to meet. He reached out and did his research. Within a few days he had an answer. Unfortunately, he was not able to help me, but I was thrilled with his efficiency and prompt action. He did refer to those he works with and I assume they all searched for an answer also. They came up with a year long policy that could be used. I asked him to hold onto it just incase I could not find the one day insurance company. Miguel said he would. I did find a one day insurance company but emailed Miguel to tell him of our success but wanted him to know that I recommended him to my neighbor who was looking for car insurance because of such excellent attentive service. I felt valued. it is people like him that speak well for State Farm and their services. I assume he loves his job."

"Recently my daughter was involved in a car accident where we had to file a claim. During the process we ran into some hiccups with State Farm Claims department. I called Rachel's office. Everyone I spoke with at her office was very kind and stepped in to help. They were able to find out what was going on with the claim and got it back to the correct department when it seemed to be lost somewhere. After they stepped in I was receiving updates from the Claims Handler, but more importantly, I received follow up from her office as well.
