Overall I've had a positive experience with Rachel's team. I have bundled coverage with them in Auto, Home, and PLUP. I can tell they have a trustworthy, honest ethos in their office culture. Zach, my primary account representative, has been polite and helpful in making sure my needs have been taken care of. As well as candid and diligent when rectifying any concerns or questions I've had in the on-boarding process. He was able to help me get a car insurance policy at half the price of my previous insurer. It allowed me to then add an umbrella policy to my coverage and still save me more than I had before.
